What you´ll do
- Develop and implement a maintenance strategy to ensure efficient production according to safety standard and high-quality products
- Execute engineering processes to ensure that quality products are delivered on time and at a competitive cost
- Strive for improvements and efficiencies in the engineering area and manufacturing processes; Monitor and report engineering performance
- Monitor and ensures compliance of engineering and manufacturing processes with relevant standards and requirements
- Liaise with other stakeholders to provide professional support and advice; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
- Deliver on plant/ME performance KPIs, budget, and targets; Improve operation/engineering standards and upskill production employees
- Lead people-focused initiatives, ensuring effective talent management, and promoting a culture of growth and engagement to support organizational objectives.
What makes you a good fit
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/ Industrial Engineering or any other related field
- 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Maintenance & Engineering
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Willing to be based in Bangpoo plant
