About this position
What you´ll do
- Provide expert product recommendations, customized applications, and demonstrations to customers, while troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Consult with customers to offer tailored solutions that deliver value for their specific use cases.
Conduct on-site technical visits, including meetings, audits, and demonstrations, ensuring all activities are documented in CRM and LIM systems. - Utilize application equipment to enhance customer processes related to adhesives, providing effective solutions.
- Gather customer feedback to optimize service quality and identify new sales opportunities for colleagues.
- Report quality issues and customer claims to the appropriate internal teams (including CCMS/CAPRIS).
- Improve customer experience by optimizing automated interactions and enhancing remote engagement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to add customer value through remote tools (e.g., AR, VR).
- Oversee laboratory sample work, prioritizing tasks and communicating technical results to customers.
- Deliver product application training and technical coaching to field sales teams and customers.
- Serve as a liaison, collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Innovation, and Technical Services.
- Promote internal innovations and best practices across different customer accounts.
