YOUR ROLE

  • Effectively manage the sales force in order to achieve sales targets as agreed with key stakeholders

  • Lead on the gathering of knowledge and information on Henkel products included in new technologies and processes

  • Identify Henkel products for new product introductions and for process improvement.

  • Generate growth and profit of new and existing customers and oversee the management of customer inquiries in relation to technologies and materials.

  • Carry out product and project launches

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Science or related field
  • Minimum of five (3) years' working experience in Sales specializing in adhesive, surface treatment, coating, or sealant in Automotive or Metal Industries is preferable
  • Good Japanese (N2 or N3) and English communication skills
  • Knowledge in surface treatment, cleaner or lubricant fields would be an advantage.
  • A strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure
