YOUR ROLE

  • Develop long term strategic channel plan for key channels and key customers
  • Develop long term portfolio and category management for key brands and key channel to achieve business goal
  • Lead channel activities and promotion to drive growth by brands by channel
  • Develop campaign for new account requisition and distribution expansion
  • Manage Control and Monitoring P&L by channel to achieve business goal
  • Co-develop with Business development manager on jointed business plan for key channel/ account
  • Co-develop and implement channel strategy in term of product assortment, pricing, and promotion with Brand and Business development team
  • Co-operate with cross-functional team to manage stock, Slow moving stock
  • Develop E-commerce strategy activation plan and E-commerce communication to expand and accelerate E-commerce channel

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in marketing or trade marketing fields.
  • Goal and result oriented, high learning ability and high leadership
  • Excellent skills in negotiation and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to establish strong relationship and interact effectively.
  • Good command of English and computer literate.
