YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible to manage planning and to supervise all production areas (Mixing, Filling, Assembly)
  • Meet the management targets
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements (GMP, SHEQ, HPS, ISO Standards, Local Requirement)
  • Improve operation standards and policies to support the company’s mission and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of subordinates and ensure conformity with the standards.
  • Development and improvement of working methods to be effective and according to company policy
  • Manage planning and operational support to meet the production plan
  • Allocate and assign tasks to subordinates. Put the right man on the right job
  • Studies and analysis for development and improvement of manufacturing process in close collaboration with other departments
  • To review, approve and sign working documents for daily operations
  • To review and monitor performance of daily production and initiate appropriate action plan
  • Prepare and update operations manuals
  • Manage Document Control in the production department
  • Evaluate the performance of subordinates
  • Counseling and guidance to subordinates and / or other department if applicable
  • Strengthening and increasing the technical and general knowledge. Training and guidance to subordinates
  • Coaching and developing subordinates according to operational standards
  • Arrange supply of materials, equipment’s, tools and others necessary for operations
  • Gather information and prepare a presentation on the performance to the plant manager
  • Coordinate and strengthen relationships with other departments in order to achieve operational objectives
  • Comply with regulatory standards of the Company
  • Other tasks as assigned by plant manager

YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduate in engineering field
  • At least 6 years working experience in production field. At least 3 years in manager or supervisor level
  • Based in Sriracha, Chonburi
  • Good communication skills
  • Prefer candidate from chemical industry but also open for other industry
