YOUR ROLE

  • Identify strong new partners for SEA Electronics market
  • Implement GTM/TS strategy - channel support for optimized / core / tail customers
  • Establish trust partnership with top tier distributors
  • Re-tier of distributors annually - distributors gives and gets
  • Arrange product/technical trainings to our partners
  • Ensure compliance - code of conduct, quality standards etc
  • Drive digitalization to channel - eShop, KPP, etc
  • Align channel management with global / cross A standards, process and tools
  • Consolidate channel tail / low hanging fruits every year
  • Set up quarterly reviews with top partners in SEA, involving sales and technical

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor in or Master’s Degree in in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
  • At least 8 years working experience in industrial sales B2B. Electronic industry will be advantage
  • Experience in distribution and channel management is highly preferred
  • Excellent English communication
  • Strong team player, Entrepreneurial mindset and Growth mindset
