YOUR ROLE

  • Order Entry and processing in SAP
  • Manual order entry of sales orders ensuring they are entered on time for all entry channels

  • Managing and Solving issues for internal and external customers

  • Use the ticket system to register and manage all cases

  • SAP utilization

  • Propose and Contribute updates to process documentation

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree holder in any relevant field
  • Relevant experience in customer service or support environment 1-3 years

  • Excellent in Writing, listening and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong competency in using Microsoft Windows applications

  • Has high degree of schedule flexibility to meet business demands
