The Customer Service team aims to deliver excellent client experience by following best-in-class processes to increase efficiency. This department works closely with the sales, production and logistics departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

What we offer

  • Handle order processing tasks such as order receiving, order entry, and issuing of invoice.
  • Support administrative works related to customer orders and requirements
  • Coordinate and follow-up production schedule from planners to match customer orders
  • Act as a key contact person for customer inquiries
  • Responsible in other assignments and new projects related to order processing, customer requirements, customer services improvement, cost improvement

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Planning or any related field
  • Minimum of three year work experience in customer service for a manufacturing firm
  • Good in English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • SAP knowledge - sales and distribution module is an advantage
